O hotel não cumpre em nada do que propõe um 5 estrelas como se intitulam, é um hotel que abre apenas em temporadas, sendo assim deixa muito a desejar. Antigo, péssimos funcionários, checkin extremamente demorado e sem nenhuma amenidade de welcome drink p amenizar, quarto c banheira por exemplo, não se tem shower gel e nem sais de banho, reclamado a gerente, justificou não ter isso prescrito q teriam. Garrafa de vinho conforme posto aqui no expedia relataram não saber da existência da proposta. Upgrade de quarto nem mencionado. Restaurante muito aquém do esperado, pouquíssimas opções no menu. Lamentável. Não recomendo.

Ótimo hotel, bem reservado e exclusivo por ficar situado numa pequena ilha .. precisa pegar barco para visitar o centro de Veneza ou outros locais mas vale apena. O hotel é espetacular, super aconchegante, o serviço é excepcional!

O lugar é incrível, mas todos os serviços prestados foram muito ruins. Péssimo atendimento no café da manhã; Internet muito ruim, tivemos que contratar uma paga; O barco que nos levava a San Marco não tinha ventilação, passávamos mal durante o trajeto; Teve um dia no qual não foi feita a manutenção do quarto mesmo com a plaquinha correta, tivemos que solicitá-la quando retornamos e aguardar do lado de fora; A reposição do frigobar não era feita,

Espetacular
Nos hospedamos por 2 noites, após um Cruzeiro de Lua de Mel que partiu de Veneza. Fomos do porto de Veneza até o Ponto de Ferry Boat da Praça São Marcos, que fica a uns 150m do transfer gratuito para o Hotel San Regis (10min). Chegamos 2 horas antes do horário de check in, mas em 40 min o quarto estava liberado (quarto e hotel maravilhosos!). Como cortesia pela Lua de Mel, nos deram uma garrafa de champanhe, e 2 garrafas de água mineral por noite. Ficamos no 3º andar, o elevador é espaçoso, a piscina deliciosa e os funcionários super educados e simpáticos. O transfer gratuito funciona a cada meia hora até uma hora da madrugada (pontuais e pilotos educados e atenciosos). Recomendo.

Hotel excelente! Voltaria mil vezes à Veneza só para me hospedar no St. Regis! Fica em uma ilha vizinho à VeneZa, mas a distancia do centro em nada atrapalha pois o hotel disponibiliza barco aos hospedes de meia em meia hora para ir e voltar a piazza san marco! Dou nota 1000!

Fairy Tale Palace
The hotel is beautiful and best described as old world luxury! High ceilings with crystal chandeliers, wide hallways, a grand staircase all located on a private island. The grounds are tranquil with lots of greenery and artwork! The views are gorgeous. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. The complimentary boat shuttle to San Marco dock is a great feature. The staff is excellent, catering to your every need. Our visit was wonderful and we would love to return!

Un bellissimo hotel, elegante e silenzioso. Stanza vista laguna, otttiima prima colazione. Tanti camerieri, buona parte dei quali NON parla italiano, ma solo inglese: ciò ha creato qualche problema con il room service, con il ristorante a bordo piscina e con vari servizi….. Va bene per la clientela internazionale, ma è pur sempre un hotel in Italia.

Beautiful
Beautiful hotel for a summer stay in Venice - a haven from the heat and crowds - loved the pool as there were plenty of sunloungers and you could find a quiet spot on the lawns if there were noisy children swimming. Service at the pool restaurant was quite slow and food over-priced but good quality. Breakfast buffet was fabulous and nice to sit outside in the courtyard if desired. Drinks service could be better but staff nice and friendly. Complimentary shuttle boat to Venice runs every 40 minutes starting at 9am - would be better starting earlier and running at least every 30 mins as long wait if you just miss it!

What a beautiful hotel with an outstanding setting. All staff were friendly helpful and efficient. Breakfast first class plenty of choice. Ate at restaurant on our wedding anniversary and not disappointed food was delicious and service dry good.

This is luxury, service and pure enjoyment like no other. The property, room and all the staff were just amazing. The palace itself with its numerous buildings( church) and wide corridors and displays were exquisit along with the amazing food at the restaurant and breakfast....along with all the other amenities too. Never stayed at such a unique and luxurios place such as the Kempinski, San Clemente.

Ritengo che un 5 star luxury hotel non possa avere un servizio tale. Lenti nell'evasione delle richieste o addirittura ignorate, ( per esempio abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora l'asciugacapelli senza contare che al check in la stanza nonnera pronta) personale a tratti poco gradevole e spesso in difficolta con la lingua italiana. Purtroppo il soggiorno mi ha deluso e non lo consiglio affatto

Amazing hotel and staff are great….Only problem is I didn’t get much sleep as the room was too hot with no air-con. This is turned off from 30th Sept onto heating system. I had to open window and now I am covered in mosquito bites.

Excellent property with amazing views of the city and water. A short water shuttle to the grand canal on any one of the property’s own boats. Linens are outstanding and you will want for nothing. Enjoy fresh pastries with outstanding breakfast (complimentary) and mimosas each morning. Several dining options and in house bars. Irene in the main bar was delightful, knowledgeable, and excellent! Our concierge was extremely helpful and attentive. This was my second visit to paradise and I will definitely be back!!

Amazing hotel, always clean in all areas. Staff couldn’t do more for you and always friendly and professional. My husband lost his credit card and within a few hours the staff had located it in the laundry! Breakfast was amongst the best I’ve had in a hotel, you could even choose prosecco if you wish! The water shuttle over to main Venice was always prompt, we loved our stay here.
