Great Location and apartment for family
The stay was good, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities, with central heating. The location is excellent, close to Rialto. I'll be back for sure. The only negative point was upon arrival, it was very difficult to find the place using the address provided. I suggest putting a link to Google Maps to make it easier for guests to find the apartment.

Venice Vacation!
The property is just as listed and a great place to have your home base for Venice. Perfect location. Ms. Tania was great to meet us even though we got in really late and she helped us to our apartment. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem
Spacious apartment hiding on a quiet street just around the corner from Rialto bridge. Check-in was great, we were met at the Vaporetto stop and shown to the property, we were even able to leave our bags after checkout for a few hours so we could explore the city a little longer

If you are looking for a simple apartment with ample room for 4, this is your place. It is clean and convenient to Venice sites. Host was responsive. Upstairs bedroom requires agility to reach.

Home away from home
Our family of 4 with 2 teens enjoyed this space. We arrived late and were met by the host Tania and guided to the apartment. We were concerned about finding it at night after a long day of travel so we were grateful she was there. Kids had their own space up the spiral staircase. This space has peaked ceilings and staircase can be a bit of a challenge but the kids loved it. Bedrooms had everything we needed and space to spread out. Bathroom had all the basics plus it included a blow dryer and washer which we used. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. This place is central to everything, 5 mins to Rialto bridge, 10 mins to boat taxis, restaurants and shops just seconds aways. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

A quiet gem just a few minutes away from it all
Venice is an amazing city and can be overwhelming for a first-time visitor. Staying at this home was an INCREDIBLE experience from start to finish. The communication from the host was perfect, their suggestions were great, and the stay was lovely. From being flexible with our party being delayed from the Marco Polo airport to having someone guide us to the stay and walk us through any questions we had, all the way to allowing us to keep our luggage in the front area on the day of checkout so we could enjoy Venice just a few hours more without lugging everything around with us. FANTASTIC. There were a couple of reviews that commented on the accommodations for upstairs/attic space but I will say that as the person that stayed upstairs myself, I will comment that there isn't a lot of standing room for anyone that tall, but what are you doing standing around the space when you have all of Venice's beauty outside??? All joking aside, I was able to sleep perfectly fine upstairs as a 5'8" (172cm) person and actually found it quite lovely/cozy. An honest concern is carrying any luggage upstairs, so I ended up leaving my bags down below and only took essentials upstairs. Everything was clean and comfortable. Wifi was great. Neighborhood was quiet. Just a few minutes away from Rialto bridge. I wouldn't hesitate to book this stay again and hope to visit Venice again for a bit longer to explore the many nooks within this amazing city.

Ville magnifique, même en février avec la pluie certains jours..chaque coin de rue est surprenant et imprévisible de beauté...on se nourrit facilement et pas trop cher si l'on sort des chemins touristiques...de bonnes expériences...séjour magnifique
