THE SPACE
The apartment is on the first floor (second for USA) of a typical Venetian house, completely renovated, equipped with heating, air conditioning, FREE WIFI perfectly working: living room, two bedrooms, bathroom.
The living room and one of the bedrooms overlook a canal and the Arsenale's wall, the second bedroom a large courtyard.
The living room is spacious, with kitchenette, sofa, table and chairs, satellite TV. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second one two single beds. The bathroom is provided with sink, shower, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, washing machine.
The kitchenette is fully equipped, with cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, mixer, kettle, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included.
LOCATION
The apartment is situated in the popular district of Castello, near the Arsenale of Venice: quiet area, typical Venetian atmosphere, far from the crowds of mass tourism. In the neighborhood you can find supermarkets and small quaint shops: bakery, grocery, butcher, tobacconist, greengrocer, winery, etc.
Due to its excellent location the apartment has great accessibility, so you won't have difficulty to stroll around the city: San Marco Square, Rialto, the Arsenal, the art exhibition “Biennale” are 10-15 minutes walk away.
CONNECTIONS
The airport and the train station are connected with the apartment by public waterbus services: at your arrival Giovanni will meet you at the waterbus stop to go together to the apartment, which is few minutes walking. From the same waterbus stops you can easily get to the car terminal Piazzale Roma and the islands of the Venetian lagoon: Murano, Burano, Torcello, Lido.
HOUSE RULES
- No smoking inside the apartment.
- Check-in at 15:00 or later, Check-out before 10:00, but the times are quite flexible: Check-in can be agreed before 15:00 if the apartment is not booked the night before; Check-out after 10:00 if the apartment is not booked the same night.
- The apartment is a Tourist Rental House registered on the City of Venice, Identification Code M027022849
- CITY TAX. Upon arrival, guests are required to pay the tourist tax in favour the City of Venice (City Council resolution no.83/201). The tax amounts to € 4,00 per person per night (reduced to € 2,00 for youngs 10-15, free for 1-9) up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
