Fenice Maison, modern apartment in the Sestiere di San Marco, one of the best areas to visit Venice.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. The bright, modern living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle and toaster, a dining table and a sitting area with a sofa and TV.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with queen size beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout.



*The building is not equipped with an elevator.



*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
