House Rules

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the quiet from 22:00 to 08:00 , avoiding noises that may disturb the neighborhood.
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
Only registered guests can stay in the apartment.
The utmost care is required for the furniture, equipment and appliances present.
Before going outside, be sure to turn off unnecessary lights, stoves, and appliances .
It is mandatory to respect separate waste collection. Waste must be returned to the appropriate bins and must not be left inside the accommodation upon departure .
It is forbidden to move furniture or furnishings without permission.
Any damage, failure or malfunction must be reported promptly.
When leaving the accommodation, make sure that doors and windows are properly closed .
Check-out must be made within the agreed time , leaving the accommodation in decent condition and following the instructions received.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
