The Aida Apartment is a refined and glamorous residence located just a few meters from the renowned Teatro La Fenice, in the heart of Venice’s prestigious San Marco district.

Situated on the second floor of a historic Venetian palazzo, accessed via Campiello dei Callegheri and serviced by an elevator, the apartment has been lovingly owned and meticulously renovated by the same family for many years. It is now offered to discerning guests.



Bathed in natural light, the interiors showcase a sophisticated cosmopolitan style with Parisian influences. The apartment is elegantly furnished with carefully curated vintage pieces, including a sleek Doimo kitchen, 1950s Danish designer chairs, and a striking Shanghai-style table complemented by the iconic Achille Castiglioni Parentesi lamp from the 1970s. The living spaces feature beautiful natural oak parquet flooring, while the bedrooms and bathrooms preserve original 19th-century Venetian terrazzo floors. Original contemporary artworks, fine linen curtains, and upholstered beds and sofas add warmth and character, while authentic 1960s Murano glass chandeliers from the Pauly collection provide an extra touch of timeless elegance. The result is a bright, harmonious, and inviting atmosphere designed to suit even the most refined tastes.



One of the apartment’s most enchanting features is its charming canal view. From both the living room and bedrooms, guests can admire gondolas gliding along the calm, emerald waters—an unmistakably Venetian experience.



Spanning approximately 100 square meters, the Aida Apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable sofa and a table seating up to six guests, a fully equipped modern kitchen with brand-new appliances, two bedrooms with queen-size beds (which can be arranged as twins upon request), and two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.



The apartment is equipped with high-quality amenities, including an elegant set of Hutschenreuther Maria Theresia Weiss porcelain tableware, professional-grade cookware, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, American coffee machine, Nespresso and kettle. All rooms feature Wi-Fi, efficient air conditioning and climate-controlled heating, and the living room includes a Smart TV.



Named after the celebrated opera Aida by Giuseppe Verdi, frequently performed at La Fenice, the Aida Apartment is one of seven exclusive residences within the palazzo. It can also be combined with other units in the building, such as the Traviata, located door-to-door on the 2nd floor.

Additional Rules & Information



• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.



• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.



• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page



• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.



• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.



• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.



• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.



• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.



• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.



• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
