Part of the XII Morosini Palace, Casa Flavia is a luxury apartment of 130sqm. Situated on the ground floor, the apartment consists of 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with double size beds and 1 single bed. The kitchen boasts frescoed ceilings and high-tech equipment, the spacious living room has a beautiful view of a Venetian canal where gondolas pass all day. Casa Flavia is the perfect combination between Contemporary Design and Venetian interiors. Every room has AIR CONDITIONING and FREE WIFI.

Amazing view and location!

Wow!! We could not have asked for a better stay at Ilaria’s home! The communication and check in process was very easy. The views were absolutely amazing! We loved sitting watching the gondolas go by. It was a great location, as it was a little more quiet! We were with another couple, and we were very comfortable in the space. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

We had a beautiful experience at Casa Flavia!

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Venice that was made so much better by our stay at Casa Flavia and the hospitality offered to us by Ilaria, the hostess. (Our friends also stayed here and highly recommended it!) This apartment is well-located and well-appointed with great views of the canal. Every detail was anticipated! There were umbrellas, travel guides, extra blankets, drinks in the refrigerator and coffee provided for the Nespresso machine. We loved the dishes, glassware and the modern decor. Ilaria has put together a beautiful book about the property and what to do in Venice. We were able to feel immediately acclimated and easily found what we needed to have a great time while we were there. She also arranged our water taxis to and from the train station and made it so easy for us getting to the apartment. We slept so well despite being located right on the canal. It may have had something to do with the luxurious Frette sheets!! Thank you Ilaria for making this a trip we will never forget! We felt so well-cared-for and will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful house. We are a family of four with two teenagers and it was a very comfortable stay for us. It was just such a nice place to come back to, after walking around Venice. And yes, as others have mentioned, great views of the canal from the kitchen and living room. Highly recommended.

Unique, memorable, and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Venice, located magically right on a canal. It was an unforgettable experience, making us and our children feel like locals in the most unique city in the world. Ilaria (the host) was accessible and extremely helpful, setting up transfers from the airport and to the train station, and making check-in and check-out easy. Stay at this property, you'll love it!

Amazing! We will never forget this special place!

From the very first moment Ilaria was a perfect host: the booking process went smoothly and Ilaria answered questions very quickly and gave a lot of helpful information. She also recommended a private Airport transfer which worked out perfectly and set a great start to a great trip. We liked the apartment a lot. The location is amazing. Sitting in the purple armchair and watching the Venice canal life....priceless. We stayed for 4 nights with a family of 4, incl. our two girls (12 and 14yrs). Everybody felt very comfortable and we will always remember our stay in Venice, also because of the beautiful apartment. Thank you, Ilaria! Wishing you all the best, stay safe!

HOLY COW THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!!!

My wife and I stayed at this location just after getting married in the Tuscan countryside. We opted for the private water taxi from the train station that our hosts arranged and are glad that we did. They met us at the train station and walked us over to a private water taxi which eventually dropped us off right at the front door of the home! Pictures do not do this place justice. Sitting the in purple chair and looking out into the canal was a magical experience. We both wished we would have booked a couple more days in Venice !!!! If you are considering this place don't hesitate to book it...you won't be disappointed! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

This apartment is a gem! Splash out! It really is worth it!

The location of the apartment was superb. Right alongside a fabulous view of the small canal which was surprisingly busy with boats and gondolas passing daily. Yet peaceful and relaxing, especially the ‘purple chair’ which my teenager absolutely fell in love with! The apartment itself had everything we needed, plenty of space, and comfort. The owner kept in touch by message making sure we were happy with everything and was there for us if we needed anything. We were met upon arrival by both Dimitri & Valentina who were so helpful & accommodating. They organised a wonderful transfer for us. A driver met us at the airport arrivals where a Mercedes and a gorgeous luxurious water limousine took us directly outside the apartment. This was fantastic & hassle free. I definitely recommend asking them to book this for you. The apartment was close to wonderful local bars and restaurants. Thank you Dimitri & Valentina for making our stay a lovely experience, and I can say that I would definitely recommend this amazing apartment. Don’t delay, book it! This apartment is special and unforgettable.

YES, it really is this spectacular!

I’m normally one to read reviews and not write them...but this stay was beyond expectations! The hosts, not to single just one, were 5 stars. Communication was fantasic and was availablei in mutiple ways, email, text and phone. They arranged all travel from mainland pick up via Mercedes van to private water taxi to front door. And yes, the pictures are true and the purple chair exists! (I couldn’t get my 10 year old son out of it every morning for myself to enjoy). There is not only one window with the view but several that can be viewed with the gondola’s and taxis floating by. The apartment is equipped with everything and you only need to bring your toothbrush. Modern appliances and furniture are top quality. The hosts provide a wealth of information and even provided for a private water taxi tour of the island of Murano and private glass factory tour (not a tourist one with 15 people around and someone trying to sell you expensive glass). Check-in and Check-out are smooth and the hosts are right on time to the minute your arrange with them. I wish I had all my friends traveling to Venezia to recommend this 5 Star accommodation!!!
