A large ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large TV lounge with a double sofa for lounging, a veranda dining room opening onto the back garden with a reading area, then a large double bedroom with shower room, a storeroom, a laundry room and several storage cupboards.
The 1st floor features 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, the first with a single bed and a 120cm-wide bed, the second with a king-size bed and a single bed, and the third with a double bed.
Outside, access to the house is from the road, directly onto the property, on a large parking area that can accommodate several vehicles for added comfort.
You can enjoy the brand-new round wooden swimming pool adjoining the half-tiled, half-wooden terrace, equipped with deckchairs for sunbathing or relaxing, as well as a sun lounger.
On a large terrace adjoining the kitchen, under a beautiful vine creating pleasant shady areas in summer, you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in complete tranquillity.
The rest of the land is divided between the front and back of the house, with a lovely play area for the children, all safely fenced in.
We'll be delighted to welcome you to this extremely well-situated house, just 15 minutes from the Lubéron, 10 minutes from the Monts du Vaucluse, 25 minutes from Avignon, 45 minutes from Mont Ventoux and close to all the emblematic sites, Fontaine de Vaucluse, the ochre trails of Roussillon, Gordes, Bonnieux..., the sea and its blue coast are only 45 minutes away.
Sports and adventure enthusiasts will be delighted with the many activities on offer: accrobranche, via ferrata, canoeing, road biking, mountain biking, land and water hiking, horse riding, golf...
Authenticity enthusiasts will find numerous Provencal markets, including the region's most beautiful, at Isle sur la Sorgue, our little Provencal Venice, and one of the most legendary, the Velleron farmers' market with its Pagnolesque buvette, as well as small villages to visit...
