Discover this spectacular 400 m² villa in Benajarafe, Vélez-Málaga, designed to enjoy an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. With capacity for 14 people, 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it offers spaciousness, comfort and fantastic outdoor spaces in a peaceful rural setting, just 2 km from Benajarafe beach.



🌅 Its location allows you to enjoy beautiful sea and mountain views, combining the tranquillity of the surroundings with proximity to beaches, restaurants and main attractions of the Axarquía.



🏊 Private pool and large outdoor spaces



One of the main features of the property is its L-shaped private pool. It has an area of approximately 4 x 4 m and 60 cm deep and a main pool of 6 x 12 m, with a depth of approximately between 1.55 and 1.90 m.



The villa also has a garden, fenced plot and two magnificent outdoor spaces: a covered terrace of approximately 200 m² on the ground floor and a second terrace of 60 m² on the upper floor. Outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue complete a perfect space to enjoy the Costa del Sol climate.



🛏️ 7 bedrooms for up to 14 guests



The main house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find three bedrooms: one with a King Size bed, another with a trundle bed made up of two 90 x 200 cm beds and a third with a 140 x 200 cm double bed. This floor has two bathrooms with shower.



On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms: one with two 105 x 200 cm beds and another with a King Size bed, plus a third bathroom with shower.



The property also includes an independent apartment, ideal for providing greater privacy within the same group, with two bedrooms: one with two 90 x 200 cm beds and another with two 105 x 200 cm beds, plus its own bathroom with shower.



❄️ The villa has air conditioning and heat pump heating throughout the accommodation, eight ceiling fans, automatic blinds, high-speed WiFi of approximately 80 Mbps and television.



🍴 The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and complete kitchenware. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.



👶 For families with small children, you will find a cot and two high chairs.



🚗 The property has outdoor parking within the grounds.

Benajarafe beach is about 2 km away, along with restaurants, cafés and local services. Añoreta Golf is about 7 km away, Torre del Mar 13 km, Málaga city 27 km and Málaga-Costa del Sol airport about 40 km away. An excellent location to discover both the coast and the villages and landscapes of the Axarquía.
