"Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "

"Une maison typique "dans sont jus", très propre, fonctionnelle et au calme total. Excellente literie, idéalement située tant pour la découverte de Luccas, Florence ou Sienne que pour faire des promenades à pied, à vélo, ou profiter de la mer. A deux pas d'une fantastique superette, de l'eau de source à profusion et d'une excellente pizzeria. Propriétaire et acceuil réactifs et agréables."

"A very nice property that serves a great purpose as a base to visit the sights around, as well as not too far from the sea. The only negative is the WiFi was patchy and seemed to favour the side of the house where you spend less time, but all in all a great property for the price."

"Check-in war unpersönlich und wie ein Schnitzeljagd. Sauber, ruhig, grossraümig, tolle Lage (Supermarkt, Bahnhof). Die Kücheaussattung muss verbessert werden. z.B. Tefalpfanne abgenutzt und gefährlich für Gesundheit. Keine passende Steckdose für Wasserkocher. Abdunsthaubefilter runter gefallen. "

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Wohnung sauber und gemütlich rustikal. Während des aufenthaltes, wurden die Handtücher gewechselt. Alles was wir benötigten war vor Ort, die Wohnung war super ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung, bietet ein tollen ausblick in die Natur. "

"Can’t say enough. Very nice apartment in rural Tuscany area. Host was present to let us in and show us his place. Provided wine and goodies. Was clean and comfortable. It’s clear he put in the time and attention to detail to provide a very nice guest experience. Would highly recommend. "

"We stayed there for 5 nights (April 9 -14, 2017) at room no. 2. We had such an enjoyable time there as the owners, Mr. Viviano and Mrs. Carla and their sons, were very friendly to us. They gave us useful information concerning Montecatini and Tuscany. We really appreciated this family-run hotel. Our room was very clean and done every day. We also had a good sleep every night after long walks and sightseeing activites. The via F. Cavallotti road where the hotel is situated is very tranquil....
