In the heart of the Domaine des Fées, a private and secure park in Vaux-sur-Mer, enjoy a perfectly located single-storey detached house: just 350 metres from Nauzan Beach and 1,600 metres from the shops of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer.
Ideal for walking everywhere and truly embracing the holiday lifestyle!

The house features a living room with flat-screen TV and decorative fireplace, opening onto a covered terrace and an enclosed garden — perfect for outdoor dining.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (3-ring ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, under-counter refrigerator and dishwasher), allowing you to cook just like at home.

At night, everyone enjoys their own space with three bedrooms: two each with a 140 cm double bed, and the third with two 90 cm single beds.
A bathroom with shower and bathtub, plus a separate WC with washing machine.

For families: travel cot and high chair available.

A comfortable and welcoming holiday home for a perfect getaway of beach days, coastal walks and relaxation.

Small pets only are welcome.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
