"We cannot express how beautiful and well thought out these homes are. There was a tasty basket of goodies along with a personal message welcoming us. "The house is in a beautiful position and has amazing views. It is a comfortable size and plenty of equipment and little welcome features. I booked the property when it was described as two double beds in two rooms and two bedrooms with a double bed in each .This was perfect for us. That was not the case and we had to double up with people we would not usually sleep with. Also the leaving time was moved to 10 am and l especially wanted a property with 11 am. "The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. "
