Cozy Apartment next to the Slopes – Sleeps 4

Welcome to our modern and cozy apartment, perfect for a mountain holiday with family or friends.
Sleeping arrangements: one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (Please note that linens are not included, but can be added as an option).
In the kitchen, you’ll find an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.
After a day on the slopes, enjoy a raclette dinner or a card game in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
A travel cot, raclette machine, and hair dryer are provided free of charge.
For your comfort, a secure ski locker is also at your disposal.


Check-in is available from 4pm to 8pm.
A late arrival fee will be charged: €20 for arrivals between 9pm and 10pm, and €40 for arrivals between 10pm and 11pm.
Please note that no arrivals will be accepted after 11pm.

##Access

The apartment is located on the ground floor.
It is the only apartment on this level, guaranteeing privacy and peace.
Free parking nearby ensures a stress-free arrival.

##Interaction
Our concierge service, represented by Lara, will be there to welcome you upon arrival and assist you at departure.
If you have any questions or encounter any issues, she will be available to help.

##Neighborhood
The apartment is located in Chalet Saint-Patrick, in a quiet setting in the most beautiful part of the resort.
The ski slope is only 50m from the chalet, and in case of heavy snow, you can even ski straight from the doorstep!

##Transit
A daily shuttle bus leaves from the resort center (in front of the Tourist Office) and connects Vars to the Guillestre-Montdauphin train station.

##Notes
A €500 security deposit will be required. This will be processed via the secure online service Swikly, allowing you to place the deposit without any debit or impact on your credit card limit.
Bed linen and towels can be rented for €20/person.
