This barrier-free, spacious ground floor apartment in a wonderful south-facing location inspires with sun-drenched rooms and a huge garden plot. The partially covered terrace and the large lawn offer ideal conditions for an idyllic family holiday on the Jade Bay for up to 4 people!

The pleasant flair of the apartment surrounds you right from the first step into the apartment. The integrated cloakroom in the hallway immediately helps to remedy the situation. Just to the right you will find the spacious shower room with walk-in summer rain shower, vanity and toilet. Directly opposite is the first bedroom with a double bed plus a large wall unit. Thanks to the opaque curtains, the windows can be darkened quickly and easily.

One door down from the hallway is the second double bedroom. Here too you have plenty of storage space thanks to a large wall unit and additional chest of drawers. The curtains also provide quick and easy blackout. Various games in the closet offer the best entertainment for the little ones.

Past the storage room with washing machine, it goes into the spacious living-dining area with access to the garden. The open kitchen convinces with a high-quality impression and full equipment. The living area with corner furniture invites you to linger. A flat TV plus hi-fi system from BOSE ensure the best entertainment. The dining table with elegant leather chairs offers space for dining and socializing. A mini dining area is also available for younger guests.

The apartment is completely barrier-free and equipped with underfloor heating, curtains and free WiFi. They also have a marked parking space and a basement for your bicycles.
