Through the entrance area with cloakroom you enter the chic living / dining room, which is followed by a terrace.  There is UHD Smart TV (Netflix and others possible). In addition, you will find in the basement a separate, well-equipped kitchen - with espresso machine - and a guest toilet with storage room and a washer-dryer.
