This impressive premium penthouse "Sundowner" for 4 people with an impressive XXL roof terrace (west side) gives you a vacation like in seventh heaven with unforgettable views of the sunset over the Wadden Sea!
With its high ceilings (up to 5m) and floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms and direct access to the large roof terrace (please note that access to the balcony is only accessible via an internal step), the rooms are flooded with light all year round and ensure a friendly, cozy atmosphere.

You can reach your vacation home via an elevator or the stairs. Just to the left you will find the spacious shower room with walk-in summer rain shower, washstand and toilet. The storage room with washing machine and dryer is located directly opposite.
From the entrance hall with an integrated cloakroom it goes into the beautiful, open living-dining area. The living area with high-quality leather furniture and large flat-screen TV invites you to relax and unwind. The dining area with a round dining table, leather chairs and an open, fully equipped kitchen impresses with a direct view of the Wadden Sea. Elegant and adjustable slats provide privacy protection here. From the living-dining area you have direct access to the highlight of the penthouse: the huge roof terrace with a beach chair and a wonderful view. This is equipped with a double box spring bed at a comfortable height and an additional flat screen TV. Here you also have access to the roof terrace. In addition, this bedroom has its own shower room with summer rain shower, vanity and toilet. Thanks to coated curtains, both bedrooms can be darkened quickly and easily.

The penthouse is barrier-free in all rooms and is equipped with underfloor heating, dimmable light and WiFi throughout. However, access to the balcony is only accessible via an internal step.
