You can reach your vacation home via the stairs or the elevator. The hallway with modern wardrobe leads to the spacious living and dining area. The large dining table with rocking chairs and the cozy sofa corner invite you to relax. The corner sofa can be pulled out for another bed. The easy-to-use slats can simply be pulled in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. The possibility of inclination allows the sun to be regulated.
The dining area with ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with the best branded appliances. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area you can access the spacious roof terrace with awning and partial sea view. Enjoy the sun in two comfortable loungers with typical East Frisian tea or ice-cold drink at the round table with garden chairs.
Held from the entrance area on the right is the chic shower room with toilet and urinal. The large, floor-level shower, towel heating and the large illuminated mirror as a niche above the washbasin offer maximum comfort. A bathroom radio rounds off the overall picture.
Either from the shower room or from the living-dining area you can enter your bedroom through a sliding glass door.
The bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed, bedside consoles, sliding door wardrobe and large chest of drawers offers plenty of daylight, but can be darkened quickly and easily. The easy-to-use slats, specially coated for darkening, can also be easily pulled in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. Here, too, you have direct access to the roof terrace.
