"This place is a gem. The property is gorgeous with great snorkeling right in front of the resort and a beautiful pool. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the food is delicious, but none of that compares to the quality of the service. The staff goes out of their way yo help you and make you feel at home. I cant wait to go back!"

"Lovely hosts and a wonderful view. The host and her family are simply lovely folks and we felt so welcome. This is a small, family run property and they could not have been nicer. So glad we made this choice. It was terribly humid but the room was a reprieve from the steamy walk to town. Wi-Fi was fine. I never tried the TV because being here was a nice respite from the US."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Maravu Taveuni Resort. My bure was beautiful, with the added charm of an outdoor shower, and felt tucked away in the jungle while still offering stunning sunset views over the ocean. The shower had trouble with water pressure and heat with the drought. The staff made the experience especially memorable. Ima and the front desk team were always warm, welcoming, and helpful. "It was simple, clean. The staff is fantastic. Only thing id change is that id update the cigarette burned toilet seat and small table. Owners are lovely, (i totally put my foot in my mouth when i said koro is my fave! Yikes) The food was delicious and peggy couldnt have nbeen a better person. I came here to be with my dying father,, and the compassion and empathy that i was shown was so wonderful. "
