"I loved the feel of a home without having 1 room for everything except bathroom. My only problems were 1 never saw a door like that so had no idea how to put in the code, thats on me lol, and 2 daughter had a medical procedure while there and I didn't think ahead to that to realize she shouldn't have been going up and down stairs, but thats on me too. I loved the whole place."

"Wonderful stay! 8 of us shared the 4 bed 3 bath suite. The kitchen was fully stocked with daily top ups. Very clean space, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff. All in all the property exceeded our expectations. And the best part, it’s right in the heart of 12 South. 10/10 I would recommend :)"

Os funcionários são muito cordiais e o café da manhã é ótimo."

"The hotel had a driver that if available would drive us to a place within a certain vicinity and James was wonderful and always available when we needed a ride. We had parked in an off site garage that was cheaper called....SpotHero and saved$100 in 3 days but couldn't use the car until we were ready to leave Nashville. This was not a problem for us.....and we could choose the garage that we wanted. One was directly under the hotel Canopy with security."

While the décor is beginning to show its age and would benefit from some modernisation, this minor drawback is easily offset by the hotel's many strengths. "Very well maintained hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Perfectly located, walking distance to the Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. Also several restaurants nearby. Parking is a bit pricey, but within range comparing with other hotels in the region. As always, Hilton is a safe choice."

"The first day they forgot to come clean our room and I had to go get towels at 11 o’clock at night for the next day. The experience was fine. The staff was helpful and they have a fun karaoke bar and a rooftop bar restaurant that was fun as well."
