The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). "This house was perfect for me and my family during our stay in Lompoc. Plenty of space for all 7 of us, a well stocked kitchen, super clean, comfortable beds and sofa. The basketball hoop kept the 10 yr old and her 20 yr old cousins happy, the hot tub was great after a busy day. Alejandro was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely try to stay here next time we’re in town! "

"We came to Lompoc to visit our family that lives in town. The home was comfortable and had all the amenities you need. Quiet neighborhood and the house had plenty of space. There were only three of us and a dog, but this home was much more comfortable than any hotel options in town. I would stay here again and would recommend to any family or friends coming to town. "

"My husband and I wanted a get away weekend and found this charming home on a horse ranch. I loved seeing the horses every day and the owners were lovely. We had an opportunity to speak to the wife and husband on different occasions (as they live on the property too) and they were warm and engaging people. The home is a very spacious studio, the kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was large and the main area had plenty of room to relax in. We had a lovely weekend in this home"

"This place was everything I wish for in a vacation rental. Clean, handsomely decorated, comfortable furniture and beds, all the linens and dishes one would need. Full size refrigerator and dishwasher, great stove. I would absolutely book this place again.
