The location was perfect: steps away from shops, restaurants, and a nature preserve, but on a quiet street where you could rest at the end of a busy day. "

"What a wonderful stay! We were in town to celebrate Family Weekend with our freshman son at the University Of Dayton. We did not want to stay in a hotel and by the time I was booking in May, so much of the short term rentals were already picked over. This checked so many boxes…within 15-ish min to campus, at least 2 bed/2bath and greeeat reviews! The home was spotless, inviting, spacious comfortable. "For UD family weekend, we stayed at the charming Clover cottage. It’s a cozy little place with a welcoming atmosphere. The home was not only clean and well-maintained, but also featured an incredibly comfortable bed. It’s located within a reasonable walking distance to the UD campus and just a block away from ghost light coffee shop. The host was excellent promptly responding to all our messages. I would definitely recommend staying here."
