"Such a cute & clean place to stay when visiting the Yellow Springs area. The house is an easy 6 minute from downtown Yellow Springs. The owners thought of all the little details, so don’t fret if you happened to forget a toiletry- they have you covered. We drank wine by the fire table the night we were there- so nice & relaxing. "What a delightful place - we stayed here for roughly a week as we moved our daughter into a downtown Dayton apartment and we could not have been happier! The location was ideal and everything was clean and exactly as described. Lots of wonderful attention to detail and respect for guest comfort and the house itself is absolutely charming. "Didn't see any check out instructions so we did what most vrbo rentals told us in the past. Enjoyed having hot water for bathing. The upstairs bedroom was very warm so we opened register so air conditioning could reach that room. Also we noticed landscaping was apparently being redone since nothing was there except weeds and thistles and grass needed mowed but we had everything we needed. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay in yellow springs. The place had a great little porch to sit and enjoy our coffee and relax. Inside was very clean and comfortable. The hosts put together a great guide for the area and we found it to be very helpful. We had a very small issue with accessing our room, and the host was quick to respond and walk us through. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to yellow springs."

Outdoor space was great, but really did not get used much as the weather was way too hot. "The house was perfect for a anniversary get away. The bike path was very close and easy to access. The links they owner provided for local recommendations for dining was excellent. Many places were within walking distance and we felt safe walking home in the evening after eating dinner out and enjoying a few drinks at The Cob And Ear bar. "Super clean, super friendly managment, very well rwnovated and organised space, awesome pool and the bonus of the game room. This house had everything we needed for our 10 day stay in Dayton Ohio. The fact that it is in a walking distance to a park and a large shopping center was also really beneficial. I highly recommend staying in this house when in Dayton Ohio."
