    Step into a warm, comfortable space designed for relaxing and reconnecting. The living room features a large cozy couch, easy chair, and Smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day out. A charming fireplace adds ambiance (non-functional for guest safety). The open-concept layout flows into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and everything needed to cook—plus a pour-over coffee maker (starter coffee provided). The dining area offers comfortable seating for 4 for shared meals.



    Enjoy a large, fully fenced backyard—great for kids and pets—with a covered patio for relaxing in any weather.

    Extras to make your stay easy:

    • Full laundry room with washer/dryer + starter detergent

    • Iron and ironing board

    • Parking for 2–3 vehicles (plus free street parking)

    Work-friendly setup:

    A private office with a door provides a quiet space for remote work or meetings, complete with a desk, comfy reading chair, ample lighting and backyard views.

    Sleeping arrangements:

    • Bedroom 1: Queen bed, blackout shades, closet, extra blankets

    • Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, private half bath

    Bathrooms:

    • 1 full bath with shower/tub combo + essentials provided

    • 1 private half bath off Bedroom 2

    Pet-friendly:

    Up to 2 dogs welcome (fee applies), with a fully fenced yard for easy outdoor time. (See pet policy before booking.)



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have access to the entire home. This place is yours to roam - the whole enchilada! Which includes the fenced backyard, and oversized driveway. Plus, you get primo street parking for free. No need to share a thing.



    The Neighborhood:

    Conveniently located with easy access to I-5, this home offers quick connections to many of the area’s top destinations. Downtown Vancouver is approximately 3–4 miles away (about a 10-minute drive), and the Vancouver Waterfront Park is just 4–5 miles away, typically a 5–10 minute drive. Downtown Portland is about 10–12 miles south, making it an easy 15–20 minute trip depending on traffic. Clark College and the VA Medical Center Vancouver are both within approximately 2–3 miles, or about a 5–10 minute drive.



    Located in a quiet residential area, the home offers a peaceful setting while still being close to parks and green spaces. Nearby options include Marshall Park and Leverich Park, both just a short drive away and great for outdoor time with kids or pets. Downtown Vancouver serves as the city’s cultural hub, featuring a mix of historic sites, local shops, restaurants, and entertainment.



    Popular attractions include Esther Short Park, the oldest public square in Washington, known for its open green space, playground, and seasonal events, as well as Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, a large historic park with walking trails and open areas to explore.     Vancouver has recently revitalized its downtown and waterfront districts, creating a lively yet approachable atmosphere with excellent dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation. Situated along the Columbia River and just across the bridge from Portland, the area offers a unique blend of natural beauty, history, and convenience—making it an ideal home base for exploring the Pacific Northwest.



    You’re also close to historic Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, offering a glimpse into the region’s rich past, as well as plenty of parks and green spaces.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around is simple via car, rideshare, or public transportation. The area is served by C-TRAN, with bus routes connecting residential neighborhoods to downtown Vancouver, the waterfront, and regional transit hubs that extend into Portland. This makes it easy to explore without a car if needed.



    Most guests choose to drive or use rideshare services like Uber and Lyft for the easiest access to nearby destinations.

    Other Things to Note:

    ~We require full names and addresses of ALL adult guests as well as a government issued ID Verified through Airbnb

    ~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.

    ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

    ~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

    ~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

    ~ Pack and Play may be requested ahead of time but it is not kept on site so please be sure to let us know in advance.



    ~We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!

    -We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.

    ~There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.

    Please also be aware of our pet policy:

    -Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.

    -Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.

    -Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guests.

    -Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We are local but do not live on site. Available via message or phone. We also have a local manager available in person for emergencies.
