Good for the price.
It was a fine place to stay that was close to Vancouver without actually being in the city. The location wasn’t particularly walkable, but there were a few things nearby worth going to. The bed was not comfy AT ALL! Unless you like an extra firm bed, bring extra blankets, or pillows, or something, to help cushion it. The few days we were there made me incredibly happy to come home to my own bed. It wasn’t quite as spacious as the ad had led on, but it got the job done. It was a decently priced place to stay for a long weekend.

A Joy to Share
Overall the time I spent at this property was great!! The only problem I experienced was with the family that lived in the apartment above me. They were the most inconsiderate people. They let their children run wild regardless of the hour, day and/or night. Trying to get some sleep was impossible and the parents didn't think about being courteous to the person (me) below them and have their children to stop jumping and running like wild animals. Otherwise I loved staying there although next time I'll choose the upper level.

Lovely!
We had a great time in North Vancouver. The suite was clean and comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. We also appreciated that there were multiple bus stops nearby, which made trips to Vancouver doable on a budget.

DIRTY! Don’t stay!
The headboard in the bedroom is full of stains, dust. Many hairs in the bedsheet indicate the sheets are not washed.

While the property was clean and newly remodeled, it was cheaply furnished. The couch and mattress were very hard. The location is in an industrial area with no outside space. It is advertised as having the entire house yet it is really a first floor apartment that is not sound proofed. We were woken each night as the resident, who lives upstairs came home between 11:00 and midnight. Additionally, we were not allowed to change the thermostat. Ultimately I would not recommend this location.
