"Such a wonderful place for family and friends to get together! We had a surprise graduation gathering for my daughter and everyone loved the place and the various activities. The horses and mini donkeys were so sweet! The place is spacious, well-maintained, and so peaceful!!! I would highly recommend staying here!!!"

"The house itself was more than adequate for our purposes. The location was awesome. There was one big surprise. That was the attached back apartment. The three small children were precious and the mom was very nice. It’s just that this was not mentioned. We will certainly consider staying there again."

"Everything was GREAT! Exactly how it was advertised. My group had a lot of fun staying here. I would definitely consider booking again in the future. My only complaint was that the hot tub took 24+ hours to reach its set temperature, and even then did not feel like it was to temp."

"Comfortable, recently updated home and very responsive host. Having two bathrooms was a big plus (but watch out for that small step into one of them). Location very walkable to Finch Park and downtown McKinney. We really enjoyed our stay and first visit to McKinney (and the eclipse was amazing!) Thank you!"

"We were looking for a place closer to home, but not in the CITY where you have neighbors so close by. When we pulled up there was plenty of driveway parking space and it was very quiet! The home was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our graduates and their close friends! The Seniors had their space and we had ours and we were all able to enjoy our 2 night get-a-way! "The owners were very responsive to everything we needed. We were in town for a company event and I booked because of the 7 bedrooms. The property worked for us but it’s definitely more of an event location. If you are looking for a nicer feel more like a home this isn’t for you but for large groups and events it would be fine."

"We came to McKinney for my daughter’s weddings. This was the perfect place, close to down town and everything you need is conveniently located. The house was warm and inviting, lots of space and a gorgeous neighborhood. Teva was super responsive as the host. I highly recommend this property!"

"The host was very respectful and very good at communicating and seemed to be very friendly, the only issue that I had was the AC. It worked well during the night time, but during the day the home temperature would get up to 80° even with it on. But other then that, I enjoyed the stay and had a good time."

"This is my 2nd time to stay. The location is fabulous, your within walking distance to wonderful restaurants with a very cool vibe. I recommend The Elmwood BFD for drinks. The property is just as listed very cute and cozy, always clean. The hosts go above and beyond to communicate with you and the check in process is easy. I feel very safe and comfortable here."

"12 of us -- 3 generations -- enjoyed the house for a long weekend. The kids braved the pool, while the adults stuck to the hot tub (weather was cool). Trips to the pond and "barn," and a guest house for those of us who enjoyed quiet while the others whooped it up in the main house. Would definitely return for another Dallas-area stay. Host was exceptionally accommodating and helpful."
