A great apartment in Cervinia!
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year.
The apartment is well located beside slope 3, and therefore a short walk/pole ski to the piste in the morning and then a short ski down to a convenient chairlift to access the slopes. With the advantages of ski in/out it does mean that the apartment is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town (and back up) for restaurants and groceries.
The apartment itself is newly redecorated with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and functional for self catering. The wifi worked well.
Cervinia itself is a wonderful ski area with nice restaurants on the piste (we enjoyed Baracon, above Valtournenche, with amazing views from the terrace, and Mant by Igloo in the Bergman Hotel for an upmarket experience, and Bontadini for self service lunch on the terrace or a drink near the end of the day) - and easy access over to Zermatt.
Apres ski - would recommend a beer on the terrace at Bontadini, then 'Love Cervinia' with DJ, then final drinks and sunset views from the bar of Hotel Principe delle Nevi (on left of piste 3 just after the netting) before a short ski back to the apartment.
The owners were very prompt with communication and replies to any queries. And to top things off they went 'above and beyond' to retrieve (and hand deliver!) an item of jewellery with sentimental value that we had left in the apartment.
Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for a ski trip to Cervinia.
