Villa Lucinda is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Lucinda you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. Villa Lucinda is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Valtopina, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Villa Lucinda from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Lucinda you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with sofas and armchairs and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Garden with jacuzzi pool
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet), and is completely fenced. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The garden is partly shaded by imposing trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a gazebo and a swing. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the Umbrian hills.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include two long sofas, an armchair and a desk. There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three double-glazed French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first living room.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room also has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a double-glazed French door.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room also has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the through a corridor. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The room also has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
