On the ground floor of the former Vnà dairy (Chascharia) is a newly fitted-out, modern, sunny two-room flat. The hosts, Iris and Domenic Riatsch, live on the upper floor. After 30 years as farmers, they handed the farm over to their son Fadri and converted the Chascharia into their own home. The flat is equipped with - A bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a bookcase. - A living room with a wood-burning stove, a large sofa bed, a two-door wardrobe with satellite TV (and radio), and a coat rack A modern kitchen with a ceramic hob and fridge Bathroom with slate tiling, rain shower, toilet and washbasin Slate and parquet flooring Refurbished in spring 2006 Non-smoking flat! Parking space in front of the house, garden seating area with magnificent mountain views. Pets permitted by arrangement. Milk, Alpine cheese and Salsize can be purchased from the son’s organic farm.
Additional costs not included in the basic price: Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement and cost CHF 5 per day. In der ehemaligen Sennerei von Vnà (chascharia) befindet sich im unteren Geschoss eine neu ausgebaute, moderne und sonnige Nichtraucher Zweizimmerwohnung welche im Frühjahr 2006 ausgebaut wurde. Diese besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Cheminéeofen und kleiner Bibliothek, einem Schlafraum, einer modern ausgebauten Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit Parkett und Schieferböden ausgelegt. Der Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus, Gartensitzplatz mit prächtigem Bergpanorama. Haustiere nach Absprache möglich.
