"We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine."

"Wir waren rundum mit allem zufrieden. Die Vermieterin in Paola waren reizend und hilfsbereit! Die Lage des Hauses ist aussergewöhnlich. Super ruhig in einem Ort ohne Autoverkehr (aber super Parkplatz!) und fussläufig über einen schönen Weg runter zum See. Die Sicht ist einfach nur WOW. "Cosy small and practical (there's even bedsheets and towels) mountain house. The 30 minutes mountain road to get to the lake was not a problem for us, the view from the road is absolutely stunning. For hikers there are multiples options directly from the house. Despite being quite isolated, the village is populated."

"Our stay was for 5 days with my spouse and 3 sons (all 18+) and son-in-law. Property was big enough for 6 of us adults with a lot of beautiful windows for cooling down the apartment. It didn't help there was a major heat wave in Italy the time we were staying but the property mgr brought us an additional 2 fans to help as apt is without a/c.
