The property is spread over three levels: on the first floor there is a large kitchen, a living room, a dining area and a single bedroom. On the 1st and 2nd floor is the night area with a total of four suites, each consisting of sleeping area, cooking/living area and bathroom. The furnishings are well maintained and very tasteful. The spacious outdoor area has small paths and stairs leading to the different areas of the house and the property. This vacation home is located in the charming area of Cilento, in the Campania region, in the south of Italy, between Paestum in the north, Sapri in the south and the Diano Valley in the east, with about 100 km of coastline, mountains and 200 small villages, most of them medieval.In 1991, significant parts of the area were declared a National Park (Cilento National Park and Vallo di Diano) and in 1998 UNESCO World Heritage of Humanity.
