"Check in was very easy. The cabin is beautiful and quite. We planned this trip for our grandaughter who recently graduated high-school. She enjoyed it very much ! Warm Springs Pools are just 8 minutes away. My Wife and granddaughter did the 50 min soak and both felt incredibly refreshed afterwards. There are nice restaurants near by and we drove up to the waterfall on 220 about 35 minutes away. There is lots of hiking but we don't hike. We just sat on the porch and the back deck and enjoyed...

"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

"Beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions and needs before and during our stay. Kitchen is well equipped for most cooking needs. We used the gas and charcoal grills, both are well maintained. Perfect for a quiet getaway away from it all. "

"THe Best! They thought of everything! Coffee, Hot Chocolate, First Aid Kit, New Toothbrushes and paste which we didn't use, but how thoughtful. Beautiful location, rolling hills,. on Jackson River. Clean as a whistle, decorated superbly! We will be back! Oh, and Gary and Pam go out of their way to make sure you are happy/Nicest people in the world"

"Came up for a few days for some recreational activities at Lake Moomaw. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It felt like home with all the amenities.
