"The hotel was great! Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Jacksonville. The staff was AMAZING! "This was a WONDERFUL place to stay. We were in town for the Australian Pink Floyd show at the Britt. We loved the Orth House so much, it is a beautiful house, it and the staff was so wonderful and accommodating. Felicity was very helpfull with the entire visit, she emailed us instructions on our entry, and getting settled in. She was AMAZING and a total help for us. She was so attentive to our needs and she deserves a truck load of accolades.

"This hotel seems to be relatively new, so the new build smell was nice to walk in to. The staff is courteous and eager to help. Breakfast had a bunch of options and was decent, overall. Beds were small, but comfortable enough. They have convenient Tesla and EV charging on site at no additional charge. Huge feature and very much appreciated! "

"The staff were more than accommodating, the pool & hot tub were amazing. The pool/ hot tub closes at 10pm for 18 & under & midnight for 18 & over which was kind of nice to relax without a lot of echoing that occurs from indoor pools. They also have an outdoor patio area right off the pool which was nice as well. The breakfast was great with multiple options. The only negative I will say is that our shower head needs some CLR. The water pressure with it was not great & even some plugged holes....
