"The property was undergoing some renovations. We did not have access to the pool, or the main hotel. We were placed in the ‘boutique suite’ area and when checking in, we had no towels or toilet paper.
To start, everything was very disorganized but once we got settled, the room was spacious and hotel staff were kind."

"I was disappointed to get there and be told they didn't see my booking and the place was fully booked. I got allocated a random room of someone who did not come back, not the room I picked and paid for. When I took a shower the room got filled with water going all the way to the bed. The basin was also leaking. The room was full of spiders and spider webs all over. I will not be booking there again. I didn't even bother going for breakfast this morning. "
