"This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend."

"The house is nice. The location is great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen worked nicely. Only advice is to be very careful out on the deck at night. The 3-4 steps from the upper to lower deck are very hard to see at night and no handrail to assist. Make sure ALL the outside lights are on for the best visibility of the steps. Dark brown steps on dark brown deck in the dark is not a good combination."

One thing I'd recommend people looking to come here are aware of, is that the house is not easily accessible by sedans or small cars. "The cabin was very nice and the views were wonderful!! We would love to come back. The only problem was we got to the cabin and the cleaning crew was still there and were taking up the driveway. It was odd because we got there an hour and a half after check in but they still were not done. Other than that, loved our stay!"

"The hotel was great! Right next to the interstate so it was easy to find. We arrived late and left early. We faced the highway and therefore could hear loud cars and trucks through the night. "O hotel se propõe a ser um 4 estrelas, mas as comodidades precisam de renovação. Amenidades não são de qualidade. Mobília antiga, lençóis de qualidade, limpeza ok. Buffet de café da manhã ao custo de 30 dólares + taxas e é muito bom (apesar de uma única pessoa para fazer os omeletes de todo o hotel). Ao meu ver, o hotel é muito caro para o que serve. Mas é um clássico da Carolina do Norte. Se atentem aos tíquetes comprados para a Biltmore house (comprem online), pois a recepção me vendeu o tíquete mais caro que o preço regular da internet. "
