Villa Giorgia, located at Ciaccia, close to Valledoria is an elegant newly built residence, designed for the comfort of guests, with large outdoor areas and large terraces furnished with outdoor furniture that overlook the Gulf of 'Asinara.

The villa, filled with natural light, has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, independent swimming pool, large garden with private parking and barbecue.

The modern and linear interiors and the light and relaxing colors make it the undisputed destination for families and groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together near the beach.

The kitchen adjacent to the living room is the centerpiece of the villa and is connected to the large covered and furnished veranda where it is possible to eat all together in the cool of summer.

The veranda is furnished with a large table for 10 people so as to offer our guests the opportunity to eat outside during their stay.

Inside the villa and adjacent to the kitchen, the large living room offers a comfortable living room with a T. V corner, wifi and a table for 10 people.

THE VILLA

The villa is divided into three levels connected to each other by an internal staircase.
As a whole, Villa Giorgia has 5 double rooms, 3 of which have a private bathroom.
The 5 rooms in the villa are equipped with 5 bathrooms. 3 in the room and two of service to the other rooms.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in the rooms on the first floor, while in the rooms in the tavern (in itself very fresh) is the ceiling fan.

The wide spaces both inside and outside that characterize Villa Giorgia, as well as the modern architecture with a stately impact, offer the guest a pleasant feeling of space and freedom.

In the garden there is a barbecue, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal when returning from the beach, where you can use liquid soaps.

Guest access

Villa Giorgia offers indoor parking and various outdoor spaces including the garden furnished with deck chairs and umbrellas.

The guest has available the entire area of property of the villa. Six comfortable deckchairs are available to the guest, as well as outdoor furniture, two umbrellas.
