"The Chic Chalet felt very comfortable and homey.Plenty of trees, shade and mountain air. It has a very comfortable hammock, gas bbq and plenty of outdoor seating. "We were four couple and two kids, here for a week, for a family reunion and wedding. The bedroom in the basement had private bath, walkout doors, perfect for our bride and groom. "The cabin was very clean and had lots of historic character. There were lots of steps so it might be harder for elders to not trip. The hot tub was great. It would be nice to have instructions for the fireplace if it's useable. Maybe I just missed them. Overall it was a great place and a quiet neighborhoid."

"We were never able to stay at the house, things on our side, kept changing and didn’t work out,. I had to change the date a couple of times and then had to end up canceling at the last minute, but the host was very accommodating and worked with me as much as possible. Even though I didn’t see the house, I would stay there if ever visiting Sonora because I do know that it was a great location as I am familiar with Sonora."
