"Excellent location and great house for the 8 of us! Great communication with the host! Many restaurants and stores nearby. So close for day trips to Nice, Antibes, St Paul de Vence, Cannes. Loved our stay! "

"Absolutely terrific stay at this lovely, sparkling clean and spacious home with a gorgeous view. Pictures accurately described the property. The living room and deck were actually larger in real life. Fabrice was always available and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this oasis close to the beach and various villages in the area. We were very glad to have a car for the convenience and flexibility. We hope to visit again."

"Das Haus befindet sich in Hanglage entlang des Chemin des Clos. Wir hatten im Vorwege unsere Ankunft mit dem Vermieter abgestimmt und wurden pünktlich und freundlich empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen; Waschmaschine und WLAN funktionierten prima und der Pool war eine willkommene Erfrischung und wurde regelmäßig überprüft. Die Klimatisierung erfolgt über ein zentrales Innengerät, welches im Flur hängt. Wenn nachts die Zikaden Ruhe geben, schön ruhig...

"This is a wonderful property in an excellent position benefiting from view across the bay. You can be in Antibes and Cannes in 15 minutes as well as surrounding villages as such as Mougins or Biot. The house is well equipped and has a great pool that both kids and adults enjoyed greatly. The outside BBQ got good use - the excellent local supermarket and bakery were visited frequently. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend"

"Overall a lovely holiday, the villas itself is large and with a large garden area.The pool area and garden could do with some tlc, but the pool was kept clean. The crickets during the day are very loud and noisy when outside however i understand they cannot get rid of these.The location of the villa was superb very close in the car to get to the coast, we visited anitbes, cannes, monaco. I would recommend this villa for the location. The sea view was also an added bonus. "

"A very fascinating and authentic French house, perfect for a large family. Fantastic lovely terrace and pool area. We were delayed due to a flight strike, and were offered dinner and breakfast in the fridge upon arrival, which we accepted. It couldn't be better."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet, an manchen Punkten wurde, wenn man den deutschen Standard ansetzt, gespart. Was jedoch nichts am Gesamtbild ändert. Die Einfahrt ist ein wenig steil und eng zum befahren, aber auch hier machbar und alles einwandfrei."
