The house has two single beds in the double room, a sofa bed, a dishwasher, a washing machine, kitchenware, high-speed Wi-Fi, a work area and a bathroom. Towels and sheets included. Natural gas heating in winter and fans for summer.

Cleaning and disinfection after each visit following established sanitation protocols.
We include as a courtesy tea, infusions and capsule coffee, Nespresso.
Registration before arrival at the apartment is mandatory for all visitors over 16 years of age.
For stays longer than one week, cleaning will be offered and will be charged separately.
