Guesthouses em Valladolid, YUC

"Bathroom sink leaking. Toilet malfunctioning. Strong odor. Shower water splashes excessively outside the shower stall. Insufficient hot water and cools down quickly. Parking with few spaces."

"Spotless facilities and room "

"Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they helped us with local recommendations and even checked in during our stay with extra toiletries and fresh towels. We appreciated having a private bathroom and a small patio area we could use. You can tell this is a family who truly cares about their guests and works hard to make everyone feel at home."

"Never stayed here officially. So maybe feedback is appropriate in this case. "

"Personal atento, servicial y flexible. Recomendación totalmente el lugar"
