- Practical open-plan kitchen adjoining the living room, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle…

- Master bedroom with double bed of 150x190cm and spacious wardrobe.

- Second bedroom with two single beds of 90x190cm and access to small balcony with exterior views to the street.

- Bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, toilet and sink.



It is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing powder, dishwasher tablets, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel), coffee capsules and a 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

The Neighbourhood:

Here you can find the famous Fallas museum, where you cannot miss the permanent collection of pardoned figures from the city's festivals declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2016.



We are also just a few steps away from Ruzafa, the heart of youth that has become the trendiest neighbourhood in Valencia. Full of activity, live music, cafés, with its renovated Ruzafa Market as its epicentre, it boasts an extensive gastronomic, cultural, leisure and retail offering of the most authentic kind, bringing together a multitude of people from different cultures, languages and religions.
