Nice apartment bad management
According to the advert, the apartment should have been ready for check-in at 3 PM. We arrived exactly at 3, called the owner, and were told “10 minutes.” In reality, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in the heat before a cleaning lady let us in and the apartment was still not ready. She was still washing, changing bedding, and drying bedsheets while we were there.
The biggest issue, however, was the electricity. During our 48-hour stay, the power went out several times, adding up to around 4 hours without electricity. The owner showed little interest in fixing the problem and instead tried to blame us for “using too many devices,” which was simply not the case. There's small bugs in the kitchen which was disappointing
We also assumed, given the late check-in, that we might have a later check-out. Sadly, that wasn’t the case at exactly 11 AM, the owner knocked on the door insisting we leave immediately.
It’s a real shame, because the apartment itself is lovely, but the unprofessional check-in process, unresolved electrical issues, and lack of consideration from the owner spoiled what could have been a great stay.
