Located right behind TORRES DE SERRANOS in old town "EL CARMEN", one of the most charismatic areas of Valencia, surrounded by historical sights, museums, restaurants and bars. Ideal for couples or families.

Open kitchen with a bar makes cooking very enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. The kitchen has also access to a balcony.

The living area, which has access to 4 balconies with a nice view on the Torres de Serrano and Plaza de los fueros, is equipped with a dining table and 4 seats, the sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and Sat receiver.

The apartment also has electric heater, free wifi and a washing machine.

The apartment is equipped with all the basics for a normal living. If during your
stance you find that you miss something, we'll try to provide.
After your reservation we'll send you a dossier with some useful basic information for your arrival in Valencia.
Orinda or Carlos will meet you upon your arrival, check you in at the apartment, give you the keys and explain everything.
You will be provided with linens and towels.

The apartment is located at the very entrance to the old town of Valencia, El Carmen neighborhood, right behind the Torres de Serranos, next to the old river channel.

It's within walking distance of historical sights and monuments like Plaza de la Virgen, the Cathedral, Central Market, Silk Exchange building and many more, such as museums like Museum of modern art, archaeological museum, museum of fine arts, Benlliure museum, etc.

Also you have a lot of fine restaurants, bars and pubs where to enjoy during day and night in Valencia.
Because of its super great centric location, this lovely shiny apartment might be slightly noisy for light sleepers in peak seasons. We have had no problem sleeping there but that is really personal.

Close-by is Calle Colón in which surroundings you'll find all the options you need for a day of shopping.

Just down the apartment, you have the old river channel. With a length of 9 km it stretches from the Oceanografic until Biopark and it's a beautiful park and a perfect option to escape into the green without leaving the very center of the city.
We'll have a dossier ready for you at the apartment with our personal recommendations, so you have some directions, not just as a tourist, but as an insider ... this is very important when it comes to, where to eat a PROPER Paella:-)
