The hallway leads to two inviting bedrooms. One offers a double bed with a padded headboard and ambient lighting from side lamps, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The second bedroom features two single beds, ideal for kids or friends traveling together. The bathroom is a modern retreat, boasting a walk-in shower and sleek vanity.

The property is at the street level. Access to a private entrance offers convenience and privacy, enhancing the homely feel of the apartment. With large windows, the interior is bathed in natural light, creating a bright, airy ambiance that uplifts the spirit.

Guests have complete access to the entire apartment, located on the ground floor. Enjoy the privacy of a private entrance, making it easy to come and go as you please.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Just a short walk from the apartment, you'll find the beautiful Malvarrosa Beach, perfect for sunbathing or a seaside stroll. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

With the Dr. Lluch tram stop just a few minutes' walk away, you can easily access Valencia's city center and beyond. The efficient tram network connects you to major attractions and transport hubs, making it convenient to explore all that Valencia has to offer.

Valencia airport is an 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, through an smartlock so phone and internet conection might be needed. The check-in time is from 3PM, for early entrance please request. Guest online registration is needed.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Lost keys will habe extra cost.
Extra cleaning with linen during your stay: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
