The owner didn’t let us drink our wine in any part of hotel common areas and refused to borrow a bottle opener and glasses for us to drink in our room unless we bought in the hotel bar. If you want to use the frigobar you need to pay 1 euro per day. They want to charge for every single item that a four stars hotel should provide. Also at the check in they’ve hold our passport for a long time with no reason and just gave back hours later after we asked for it. "
