"It’s hard to know where to begin when describing this property, but I guess I have to start somewhere. This is quite possibly the most beautiful property I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. The grounds are exceptionally gorgeous. The food is mind-blowingly excellent. The wine superb. The service incredible. "Have a bit of time to explore Firenze and surroundings? this might be your best option... After all, a place with over 1,000 years of history and having been previously owned by the Medici does not always comes by. Great staff and place. But definitely a bit off from Florence and hard to find (especially at night). Nevertheless, I would recommend and return."

"Voei de Barcelona para Milão o voo atrasou 2 horas.Aluguei carro em Milão e pedi para avisar o hotel que chegaria atrasado.Informaram que após as 10 horas da noite deixariam a chave do quarto na recepção.Chegamos no hotel as 11 horas.Tudo deserto.Nenhum recado.Tudo abandonado.Nao nos restou outra alternativa senão ir embora e procurar outro hotel quando já era meia noite.Gostaria de receber o pagamento efetuado de volta"

"È già il secondo anno che andiamo a trascorrere il ferragosto a Vallombrosa per sfuggire al caldo di Firenze. L’albergo è molto accogliente e davanti all’abbazia oltre ai principali sentieri da percorrere. Il personale è molto accogliente."

"The location is great, it is up on a mountain past Londa but to get to it you need to go up some ver inclined hills, definitely a different experience for someone looking to be away from the big city. The host was a very attentive super friendly guy that made sure we got there safe and was always there to help us. "

"We enjoyed a one night stay here. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the onsite swimming pool. One reason why we stayed here was to be close to Florence. We were rewarded with a straight shot right into the east side of the city in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. We lucked out and found parking just outside the city center. Upon our return, we used our room key to reenter the building and our apartment. One thing to note is there is steep hill from the parking area...

"Excellent communication, and very quick reply to our messages. Linda was wonderful and very helpful. (She speaks perfect English as well) We arrived very late but she was waiting for us, explained how to reach the area. We got a welcome gift as well. The room was very clean, organised, with small little cute details. 😁 Swimming pool and sun beds available as well. Highly recommend. We spent a very nice time there."
