"Air conditioning was very sub--par"

"Muito bom!!"

"We came form Boston to visit our family in Haifa and stayed at Anat's place. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need & more... The view is incredible as the house is literally front raw on a valley leading to the beach below. the sea view from the balcony is also amazing. Anat was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed always with a smile. "

"Gostei muito. Quando cheguei, o porteiro ligou para uma pessoa que comunicou que a porta do quarto estava aberta com a chave dentro, e deu tudo certo. O wifi funciona muito bem, e o quarto tem uma excelente vista. Senti falta de sabonete no banheiro."

"The good: location and view. Right on the beach. The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). "You have never seen a dirtiest, old, stained rug, dirty pans,. Old towels, no kitchen as such, no good response neither from Almog Studio(Marom apartments) nor ffom Expedia. Expedia says they are suppliers and cannot do anything to help or change the property!?"

"Have the property manager's number on your Whatsapp or able to call, because he did not send any instructions on exact location or how to get entry until I called him 2 days before arrival. Parking is either 5.5 NIS / hour 9a - 8pm except Sabbath, or the lot beside which is 40 NIX for the day. The room is clean, the bathroom large. The shower handle (de 'jour in Israel) worked but not the overhead shower (despite his claim it 'did'). There were no suit-case stands to place the suit cases. The...

"Location was excellent. Host was great for communication."

"Lovely place! I would stay there again. For travelers who are religious Jews: the place is pretty Shabbat-worthy--hard key on a carabiener, but be sure to set the clock on the microwave before Shabbat b/c otherwise no clocks in the room. Also no challah to be had in the Old City where this is though I assume in the new city (a drive or cab ride away) you could get it."
