"Room was great and the cleaning staff were wonderful. Be aware that this is not the mother property and in order to check in and check out, you have to go to a different hotel down the street. There is almost no front desk staff at this location ever. The breakfast (in the mother hotel) is wonderful!"
"Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Lerch war einfach wunderschön! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns herzlich willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Besonders begeistert hat uns das hervorragende Essen: abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit viel Geschmack zubereitet.

"The JUFA Hotel in Werfenweng is located centrally in town with a beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel and rooms are nicely appointed. Breakfast was excellent. A variety of outdoor activities await!"
"Hotel antigo, precisa de modernização, achei a diária cara por este motivo. Localização ótima, já teve seus tempos de glória. Sistema muito antiquado do restaurante. Se vc não contrata o jantar na diária, vc pode chegar no restaurante e não poder jantar, pois não há comida suficiente para todos os hóspedes. Tivemos de sair para jantar. Como pode um hotel enorme e que deve ter uma cozinha super equipada , não poder atender dois hóspedes a mais?

"O hotel aparenta ser bem novo e é muito bem localizado. O único problema que tivemos foi a falta de ar condicionado. Visitamos no final de junho e pegamos uma onda de calor oque deixou a noite de sono totalmente comprometida devido à falta do ar condicionado."
"Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean.
I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. Whilst there are lots of lovely eateries in Zell Am See for us this was an inconvenience simply that we...
"O hotel é super bem localizado, mas com a janela aberta fica barulhento à noite. O quarto era amplo e o chuveiro muito bom, assim como a cama. Infelizmente o processo de check in não é claro (o email vem em alemão e não tem recepção). O totem de check in é dentro do prédio já, e eu fiquei um tempão do lado de fora tentando digitar a senha até ligar para o interfone e lá em cima também tive dificuldades. Mas a equipe foi bem prestativa uma vez que foram contatados. Café da manhã bom."
