"Great customer service, price is very affordable and rooms are clean smell nice ! Comfortable nice stay"

"No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. Staff was away from the desk a lot and I had to holler for them. I had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the...

"Equipe atenciosa. Quarto muito confortável, assim como a sala, com lareira, útil para os dias frios. A cozinha é bem equipada e foi uma opção muito boa para preparar o café da manhã."

"Minha experiência neste hotel foi relativamente decepcionante. Já me hospedei em outra unidade da rede Margarita em outro estado, e a diferença de qualidade foi enorme. A equipe demonstrou falta de preparo. "Hotel excelente! Ótima estrutura e equipe!"

"Excellent place to stay. Beautiful view from the room, from lobby, from restaurants. Good amenities - heated pool, gym, archery and more. Room has coffee maker, microwave and fridge."

"It’s in a pretty setting but no lake access"

"The best hottel"

"Love this place. So easy to work with."

"Adoramos o hotel. Limpo, equipe prestativa. Sentimos falta de mais opções para jantar. Fora isso, tudo perfeito. "

"room was fine, just right in between parking spaces both in front and back of unit, and could hear upstairs and nextdoor neighbors quite audibly."

"We were asked for arrival time which we massaged them that we would arrive early, we were told to wait since cleaning crew were in the room which was okay but we were not told the room was ready till we checked on it and the cleaning crew were done. The room was not very clean. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was not wiped down and had dust on it. There were hair pieces in the bathroom sink and in the toilet. The beds were so uncomfortable and lumpy. The blankets had stain on them and make a...
