The 27.6 m² space on the third floor offers a bright living room with a flat-screen TV and direct access to a balcony with sweeping mountain views. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—from a ceramic hob to a coffee machine and toaster—making it easy to prepare simple breakfasts or après-ski meals. Sleeping arrangements are cleverly designed: a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area and a bunk bed in the open-plan bedroom provide a restful night’s sleep after days on the slopes. The bathroom includes a bathtub, bidet, and WC, along with an extra separate toilet for convenience.

Free WiFi is available at reception, while outdoor parking is included (subject to availability). With the gondola just 100 meters away, shops a short stroll at 150 meters, and a restaurant practically at your doorstep, everything you need is right at hand.
