"95% at least were Russian families with kids screaming and shouting. One of these families tried to occupy our beach villa chairs everyday as well as the swimming pool of the beach villa next door! We reported it to the reception 3 times but nothing was done about it. Food was good but poor variety. Service was very bad. We would wait for a drink more than 20 minutes during every meal. The buffet restaurant had closed doors so you have to open it with a plate on your hands. Unbelievable. It...
