The proximity of Ancenis (railway station, shopping center, cinema, performance hall...) and the banks of the Loire will allow you to combine practicality with the pleasure of discovering the region.



The house is ideally located in a quiet dead-end street at the end of the town of Anetz. This recent house can accommodate families or groups up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. The accommodation has 2 double beds (160x200) and 4 single beds. Each floor has its own bathroom and toilet. Each bathroom has a shower and a sink. Bed and toilet linen provided.



The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags, and a coffee machine are available. A television and WiFi are freely accessible.



All rooms are oriented to the south with a view of the house's garden. The enclosed garden provides maximum security for children.
